PAYMENTS

All orders need to be paid for in advance via the shopping cart using your credit card or Paypal.

YOUR ACCOUNT

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion.

THE COMPLETED WORK

InsideArtside will do its best to give you a product that fully satifies your requirements. Should you not be happy with your purchase you may return it to us, subject to paying the full cost of return postage. However, we will offer you a ten percent discount off your next order.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping within the UK is Free.

Shipping costs for orders outside the UK will be priced individually, depending on location.

DELIVERY

We will do out best to deliver your products in the quickest possible time, usually 2-3 working days. InsideArtside uses Interlink Express, but does not have control of their service. Some deliveries may be delayed due to your location, accidents or local disruptions. In these instances, InsideArtside will not be liable for any consequential loss. Please ensure that you inspect your delivery before signing for it. InsideArtside will not accept liability for missing or damaged items, unless this is brought to the attention of the delivery company. Please do not sign for your goods until you have manually checked them and are satisfied that they are in perfect condition.

Customers will be notified of despatch and will be able to track their order and confirm the most convenient delivery date and time.

LOSS OR DAMAGE

InsideArtside shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to your product during transport beyond the value of the invoice and what you have paid us.

DISCREPANCIES

Any discrepancies in the final work delivered to you must be reported to InsideArtside within 24 hours of receipt.

REVIEWS, COMMENTS AND QUESTIONS

Visitors may send reviews, comments and other communications and submit ideas or questions to angie@insideartside.co.uk or any social network sites linked to InsideArtside. By so doing, you acknowledge that we will be free to use, disclose, reproduce, modify, licence, transfer and exploit any of the foregoing suggestions and ideas in any manner.
